My Personal Experience
I have bought 2, one for my husband and one for my mom, only after being gifted one for myself.
As Mady began her high school basketball career, I found myself in the gym ALOT! Game after game, scrimmage after scrimmage. The gymnasium bleachers are often wood with no cushion or back support. Although, I don't have back issues and pack plenty of cushion in the trunk, if you know what I mean, after hour upon hour, it began to take it's toll. My in-laws have these chairs and thought it was time for me to be comfortable at ballgames also. WOW! What a game changer. Kamri plays 2 softball seasons a year and the chair can easily transition it's purpose to provide comfort on the hard cold metal bleachers of the field.
My mom spends a lot of time attending sporting events as well. She has followed her 5 grandkids to all sorts of sporting activities, softball games and basketball games over the years. She does and always has experience back pain and stiffness, especially when sitting for long periods of time without proper support. This chair has allowed her to endure the long days of following kids from game to game. Certainly comfort adds to our ability to enjoy the activity.
Features
This chair is lightweight and portable. I find it easy to carry into gyms and fields with the backpack like straps. It has 6 reclining positions which allows for a comfortable seating position that fits you. The chair is very cushioning on seat and back which aids when sitting for long periods of time. It has 4.5 stars on Amazon so don't let the "frequently returned item" fool you. I haven't found anything I dislike about these chairs yet so I can NOT imagine why it's a frequently returned item, unless it is exchanging for a different size.
As far as what size to buy, I have the regular size for myself. For reference, I am 5'6" and 145 lbs. I bought the wide, on accident, for my mom but it ended up still being the perfect size. I ordered the regular size for my husband and exchanged it for the wide after deciding he'd be more comfortable in the larger chair. For reference, he is 6'0" and 210 lbs. The wide is NOT overly large or clunky and doesn't hinder the portability of carrying the chair.

In conclusion, if you purchase the chair and have additional feedback please leave a comment below with your experience. If you have other great stadium seating options, please share with our readers.
